Mondragon joined AMHC in November of 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Prior to joining the commission, Mondragon was employed at the Arkansas Human Development Corporation. She also has experience working with the Mexican Consulate Health window providing health education and preventive screenings including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and HIV. Mondragon is certified in HIV Prevention Voluntary Counseling and Testing, Freedom from Smoking Facilitator, Child Maltreatment Mandated Reporter and Diabetes Prevention Program. She has over three years of professional and volunteer experience in project management, outreach coordination, community engagement, health education and disease prevention.
Stewart joined AMHC in October of 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Central Baptist College. Stewart previously worked as a fiscal support specialist at Arkansas Department of Human Services and served 13 years as a patient information assistant at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. While at ACH, Stewart served nine of her 13 years in the Dental Outreach team.
Louise Scott joined AMHC in 2011 as senior grants manager. A licensed social worker with over 25 years of experience, she has worked in both the public and private sectors. Scott has developed and implemented state and federal government policies, managed nonprofit initiatives and supported health programs and outreach efforts in the faith community.
Frazier joined AMHC in March 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a master’s degree in public administration. Previously, Frazier served six years as project manager and affirmative action officer at the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute. She has also served as a bookkeeper for the Pine Bluff School District for three years.
McCloud joined AMHC in December of 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass media from Henderson State University. McCloud was awarded first place for Service to Freedom of Information Act from the 2016 Arkansas Associated Press Managing Editors competition for her work as a crime report at The Sentinel-Record in Hot Springs, Ark. She also received three additional awards from APME. McCloud has previous experience in accounting for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette‘s circulation department.
Sheppard joined AMHC in March 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology. Previously, she served as human resources analyst for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration for three years. Sheppard also has 15 years of experience as project administrator and call center supervisor at a cable company.
